Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?

Yes, the rental price includes essential equipment needed for most photoshoots/video recording. This includes 1 LUMIX G-series camera, 1 tripod, 1 GODOX lighting, 1 SENNHEISER MKE 600 microphone. Extra equipments are available at an additional cost.

can i use more than one preset in one session?

Of course. With the basic package, you may choose one of the listed presets in our catalogue. But if you want to shoot with more than one preset, you can request for an additional preset with an extra charge of 200K rupiah per session.

Do you have any unique furniture?

Some, but we aim to provide simple and professional studio spaces. We do not provide a ton of furniture or props in order to avoid clutter. Check out our catalogue or speak to our assistant to see all the items available in our studio. You may bring your own props if necessary, as long as it fits into our space.

Will there be staff on site while I’m there?

Our studios are self-service. However, there will still be an assistant going around, making sure that the sessions run smoothly. If you really need a personal assistant during your recording session, just send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.

Can i reschedule my session?

Yes, we allow you to reschedule your session without any charge ONCE, and with 24-hours notice. If you wish to reschedule more than once, or with less than 24-hours notice, there will be a 10% extra charge of the quoted rate.

Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?

Partial refund will be offered. From your confirmation email you can request any rental for an 80% refund as long as it’s more than 72-hours in advance.

Cancelations with 72-hours notice are given a store-credit, valid for 2 months.

Cancelations with less than 24-hours notice are non-refundable and no store-credit will be given.
